Kaylee is an excellent OT person. She cares about her clients as well as talks with them to get their mind off the pain while she is working with them. She shows compassion and empathy throughout each session I have been to with her. When I am in tears and begin to let her know it hurts, she eases off for a few then gets right back to work doing her job, all the while distracting me with conversation. I truly enjoy my sessions with this young lady even though they have to hurt some times!
