I had a total knee replacement on January 9th. Keith Purino was my initial contact. Prior to surgery he explained each step of the process and answered the numerous questions I had. He was knowledgeable, considerate and attentive to my concerns which gave me the confidence to proceed with the replacement. There have been no surprises as I was well informed. Thank you.
