Kelcy was amazing! I feel like she really took the time to listen to my concerns and she was very supportive and kind. I've had very negative experiences with several OB-GYNs who either had Shrek hands or a mildly sadistic personality. My experience with Kelcy renewed my faith in women's healthcare! She was as gentle as possible while removing and replacing my IUD. I asked her if I could keep my old IUD as a souvenir and she accommodated my weird requests and took my questions and concerns in stride. When I returned for a follow-up Kelcy didn't make me feel crazy for some unusual emotional side effects I had experienced following my IUD placement. The other staff in her office are also wonderful and very welcoming. They made both of my visits easy and as pain-free as possible. I'm returning for annual exams while I finish law school (something I've neglected in recent years) because I feel I should take advantage of working with a provider/team that I really like! 10/10!
