Keli is able to figure out what is causing pain and how to minimize it. After a knee replacement, the back of my knee hurt and the knee exercises weren’t helping. She encouraged me to do back exercises connected with the sciatic nerve and they made a difference; I was able to sleep again. My knee replacement was my first major surgery and she could explain the big picture unlike me focusing on the daily pain. Her calm attitude helped me know I could get through this when I was overwhelmed.
