Dr. Day does an amazing job of diagnosing and treating the symptoms I've had associated with my upper back. He's very receptive to the pressure used for cupping and scraping, and my back hasn't felt this great in years. In between my monthly visits, he provides exercises that I can do in a few minutes at home, usually with no equipment, that strengthen and help prevent the pain I've had for so long.
