I brought my daughter in to see her. My daughter is shy and a bit nervous but Ms Kelly was great with her. She was very personable and that helped my otherwise apprehensive daughter open up. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in terms my daughter could understand. I rarely write reviews but we were impressed.
