I have been waiting to see a doctor for weeks now. I was cancelled on twice by two other providers, and I was frustrated. Ms. Kellie took my family history patiently, listened to my concerns, and then proposed an alternative solution that would get me into the treatment phase faster than if I went through the referral process. I had to look up some information and she waited patiently while I did so. I did not feel rushed, and most importantly I finally felt heard. Have my follow-up appointment scheduled. Thank you!
