Makes an effort to connect with clients and understand from their point of view. If something of a concern is brought up she doesn't reject any ideas, just says we'll look into it as time goes on, is supportive and friendly. Lets clients decide how they want to be using their time, and what role they want her to play. Best therapist I've had in 12 years of counseling.
