I was nervous about visiting a new chiropractor and overwhelmed by options in the area. I decided to see Dr. Helms after a co-worker recommended him. Dr. Helms was quick to schedule the appt. , extremely personable, professional, and knowledgable. His work was quick and gentle. The pulls and pains I was feeling were immediately gone. His rates are reasonable; in fact, better than my insurance co-pay. I will definitely recommend him to others looking for quality professional chiropractic care.
