I feel so thankful to Kelly as she helped me a ton to work on my mental health. It’s been 3 months. With small little steps I am able to walk now again. Rather than being stuck. I know myself better. I know how to manage my stress. I learnt selfcare skills. I feel so happy about my growth and I know I have to keep working on selfcare to have healthy mental health. Thanks Kelly for making me feel myself and empowered again.
