Professional, personable, and clearly communicating her review of your health. Do not confuse her with the understaffed VA administrative control of the phone and appointments. The medical staff is superior and responsive to patient needs. For me, when I became one of her patients, I feel that I have her attention and can rely on her to respond with compassion and professionalism.
