I was in desperate need of mental help. I never had anxiety before. My life was threatened and it got to the point where I couldn't handle the aftermath. I reached out to Dr. Vinehout and she came through for me in so many ways. Once we handle the immediate issue we started to uncover other parts of my life that held me back. Such as being raised with no healthy boundaries and others would take huge advantage of this flaw. Now, I have a healthy balance outlook on life and this has brought me peace and confidence in my life. I am now able to bring healing to others.
