Dr Rickels was optimistic, caring, efficient and obviously very knowledgeable. She was beneficent and treated me with respect. She was patient and listened to me. She was everything I expect in a healthcare provider. I give her my highest recommendation and would return to receive care from her at any time. Further, I would recommend her to my mother or any other valued relative or friend. I was highly satisfied with my visit in all respects. I rate Dr Rickels and her clinic staff A+. Front desk staff was caring and courteous and the optometric assistant was efficient and courteous. I left the clinic smiling, I was so happy with the care I received.
