Kelsey took me from drowning in the depths of the darkest depression to surviving, to thriving. She's real and down to earth, but so good at breaking things down. Therapy is always the perspective and kindness I need. When I first began therapy, I really just could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm still working, but I believe in myself again. I am so grateful. I really think she saved my life.
