I would, and have, recommended Dr. Smith to family & friends. He is the only chiropractor in the Fresno area that I know of who can adjust my neck. However, I've been extremely disappointed that he will not use a mask during this pandemic. I've asked his front office and was told that he does not use a mask. As much as I need his services I will not have him standing over my face to adjust my neck with no mask on. I can't use a mask. It would move during the adjustment. Is this a case of arrogant pride? This saddens me very much!
