I work in the mental health field and found Kerry to be very well-versed in not only the traditional approaches to helping clients, but is also very well-versed in being able to incorporate an understanding of the impact of nutrition to help elevate mood and create an overall improvement in general health. I found her approach to be warm and compassionate and felt very comfortable speaking with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent comprehensive approach.
