Dr. Pitter is extremely authentic, understanding, and is not judgmental. She provided me with great advice, and instilled hope that things will get better. Shes clear in her communication and evaluation. She seems to truly enjoy her job, which in turn makes you feel comfortable speaking about anything. Best therapy I've had in years .
