Kevin is the most down-to-earth therapist I've had in the 20 years I've been looking for the right fit. I really appreciate the conversational approach he uses to help frame behaviors and ways of thinking. He has a knack for making you feel comfortable and relaxed, and seems to genuinely care about your growth. He's really great at relating your experiences to your negative thoughts and behaviors and helping you find healthier coping mechanisms.
