Personable. Listens to patient's concerns and works with patient according to lifestyle (i.e., activities during one's day, week, etc.). From my perspective, I tend to overdo - as a lot of PT patients do because one thinks the more one does the sooner total rehabilitation occurs. Kevin McLaughlin will keep you on track and prevent further injury or longer recuperation .
