Kevin is an outstanding therapist and I highly recommend his services! I had therapy sessions with Kevin over the course of 10 months. Kevin‘s approach was kind, open, honest and I always felt open to say anything that was on my mind. Having that non-judge mental listener who also helps me pause at the key moments made all the difference in realigning my mental health! Through Kevin I learned how to take my big mess of anxiety and focus on one piece at a time to work through it emotionally, how to better identify my emotions through my own physical sensations, and achieve closure I didn't think was possible. Now I can identify my emotional baggage much better and know how to process things on a new level of effectiveness. This was my first therapist and it changed my life. Kevin is a quality human being and fantastic therapist :)
