This woman is so skilled!! I experienced immediate relief in my shoulder, right there in the treatment room. Now, two years later, I am still enjoying that increased range of motion, with no pain or tightness returning. Of course, I still stretch, and repeat the movements she taught me, 'cause it feels so good to be stronger and free of the limits that muscle tightness imposes. Thank you
