Her college and medical backgrounds confirm Dr. Bertrand is a very bright person. But there are qualities required of a doctor that go beyond just being smart. Dr. Bertrand has those qualities. She greets patients with grace and interest. She maintains patient connection with clear answers and suggestions. There is no rush to move on to the next patient. If this system did not restrict patients to five gold stars, I would give her six or seven.
