She helped me get understand tough situations , and guided me with insightful recommendations. I felt awesome once I had my first session. She understood me, and helped me recognize better my part of a tough situation, and what I can do to forgive and move on. She was professional, took notes with discretion to make sure she paid attention to what I was saying, was incredible at active listening , and made very pertinent suggestions and recommendations, versus TELLING me what to do. Highly recommend, credentials check out and in fact understate her capabilities. Even hearing a very few things I might not have fully agreed with, I do not have the experience she does, nor dealt with these issues in anyone but my own perspective, and recognize I might not be wrong in my way of doing it, BUT, I might not be correct, either.
