She listens! My situation seemed so complicated to me, but she sat there taking it all in as I babbled along. Gradually, she started pointing stuff out that I hadn't thought of or couldn't see. By the end, she had the most thoughtful, practical suggestions! I signed up to see her regularly and my life has improved immeasurably.
