Kim is one of our corporate nurses at Whirlpool - she is so caring and thorough. She really takes time with her patients to listen, ask questions, and help diagnose/treat the issue. Kim also effectively uses her vast network of nurses and doctors if she needs additional perspectives. I recently visited Kim and after immediately running some in-house tests, she pushed to escalate my case through the local hospital. Within 36 hours, I was recovering from successful gall bladder surgery. At the time, I was without a primary care physician and before I was even out of the hospital she had lined one up for me. Wow! 5 stars aren't enough for me to rate Kim's care... she's the best!
