Kim is the best therapist I’ve ever had, I?ve been working with her for some time now and I have never had this much growth in my life. Good balance of her and I talking. I have done both Telehealth and in-person, personally a fan of in person because of less distraction and more active engagement. I?m in charge of the appointment and we work on whatever I want or need at the time. One thing I?ve learned is that I?m in charge of change, she can only give advice and techniques to use but I am responsible for implementing them! When implanting techniques and making the change has had such an impact in my life in the most positive way. The least I can do is say thank you for the difference she has made in my life! :))
