By the time I arrived at LMH Baldwin to work on my injured shoulder, my chronic neck problem flared up. Kim Squire changed her plan to start by addressing my neck. That was surprising and very helpful. Over the following weeks, she continued to work on my neck as she began working to increase the range of motion in my injured shoulder. She pushed me hard, but was considerate of my pain threshold. My neck pain was gone after a few weeks, which is amazing considering that it was a decades old problem. My shoulder mobility was completely restored after just a few more weeks. Since I was released from her care I no longer have ANY significant pain in my neck or shoulder, and my upper body strength and range of motion have been restored. I highly recommend Kim at LMH Baldwin!
