She is very easy to talk to and gives great advise. It felt like I was talking to a good friend, who listened very carefully and guided you in a way to help you think through and work through your problems. She was never pushy to get information or to make you talk about something you were not ready to disclose. She worked at your pace, alone and sometimes with a family member. I HIGHLY recommended her. She is a gem!
