I finally found the person who was right for me. She really listens to me and offers techniques and strategies that make sense. If one doesn’t sit well with me, or I’m not ready for a particular one, she offers another. We work together as a team and that feels refreshing (based on past therapists). When I put in the work, I see positive results. I appreciate the occasional text of motivation or strategic reminder of assignments/goals as well. Her new office is comfortable and inviting, full of natural light. I’ve referred several friends to Kirsten.
