Kris was so personable and helped me feel comfortable right from the start. I was open and honest and she was open and honest about how she could help me. We worked together to create a plan for treatment in office and at home so I could work on better mental health the quickest way possible. When the time was right she pushed me and challenged me to unlock new version of myself stronger and healthier than when I met her. So glad that I know her and have a 2nd chance to lead a better life. EMDR and Tapping really worked for me.
