I have had this knee pain since 2020 because of my sports. I have tried physical therapy several times and I finally gave Care Physical Therapy a try. Dr. Paruchuri was amazing and she did dry needling and my knee is no longer locking. I would highly recommend her and Care Physical Therapy.
