I saw Krista for about a year. Through that time she helped me make sense of everything that I was struggling with by giving me the tools to help myself. Her approach was anything but typical. Scientifically based with an distinctive view of the world- she led me exactly to where I wanted to be. My life was changed because it needed to change but also because of the tools that she gave me to do so. If you are willing to look outside of the box and see what's out there. I cannot express the difference that she helped me make in my life.
