Over the years, I’ve been to many therapists. Kristen is hands down the best therapist I’ve ever had. She understood what I was dealing with, why, and how to help me. I’ve changed in ways I didn’t think possible. Through EMDR and IFS with her I have been able to heal from PTSD and anxiety. I feel more confident in myself. I no longer get stuck in unfulfilling and unhealthy relationship patterns. I felt like Kristen just got me and was able to help me see myself and my life in different and new ways. I never felt judged by her and she was always really receptive to questions. There was a time she went above and beyond to help me in crisis and I always felt she cared. I also felt like we could just laugh together at times. Not only is she smart, professional, and ethical, but also she’s just a very cool person and guide.
