Kristen is passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about each of her patients. She has saved my life from my eating disorder and I can happily say I have been recovered for over six years thanks to her treatment program. She creates tailored meal plans and works with your PCP and therapist to calculate a goal weight or goal in your treatment. Her treatment is based off of exposure-response prevention therapy and although it is scary at first, I have learned how to become normal again in regards to food, eating, and body image. I have learned to be able to sit with fear foods, portioning food properly, and realizing that eating a proper diet will not and has not made me "fat." In fact, I am a lot healthier now than I was when I first started treatment. She is extremely passionate about what she does. She is the most empathetic and dedicated dietician I've ever met. She sheds blood, sweat and tears while advocating for her patients. I highly recommend everyone to see Kristen.
