Kristen is an encourager when you’re trying to loose weight. If you don’t loose the weight she doesn’t scolded you but explains why the body doesn’t always do what you want it to do. She listens to what you have to say. She has very good “bedside” manners and makes you feel relaxed. One of the best “doctors” (even though she’s not a doctor) I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her.
