I have met with her multuple times over the past four years. I had previous experiences with other audiologists, but had never been satisfied with their understanding of my hearing loss, or the the performance of their recommended hearing aids. Dr. Been has been extremely helpful is selecting an effective device,and adjusting, as well as repairing it when needed. .
