I saw Kristin for physical therapy (while she was at White Sands Physical Therapy) as part of my treatment regimen for chronic neck pain and headaches. I had never done physical therapy before, but my experience with Kristin was great. She was extremely friendly, down to earth, understanding, and patient with me as she guided me through my exercises and treatment plan. She was continually encouraging of my progress during the course of my treatment which kept my spirits up. It's easy to feel embarrassed learning new exercises and worrying about looking like an idiot for doing them wrong, but Kristin was a great guide and made the whole experience fun rather than nerve-wracking. Overall, Kristin made it easy to feel comfortable in an environment that can be overwhelming. I'm really grateful I got the chance to work with her and would do so again in a heartbeat.
