I'm a retired Cyber Security Administrator and have been lucky to have seen Dr Hoeh on several unrelated issues. Strength training and Martial Arts had been my advocation over many years and I was active motorcycle touring. Having led an active lifestyle I have seen more than my share of licensed PT, it goes with the terroitory. Until meeting Kristin I more often disappointed because most pros didn't bring "the missing piece" of informatuon or exercise I needed to heal. On the contrary with Kristin. In fact she helped me identify compensations in my muscles and nervous system that resulted in several old injures that hadn't been identified previously and were "coming home to roost" as they say. Kristin's advanced and ongoing studies allowed her to recognize the issues and design programs that released the old patterns that were working against me. Having been an elite athlete in multiple fields her self, as well as a DPT she excels both at understanding our bodies and in designing programs specific to people's needs of healing and recovery.
