Kristi has truly changed my life and supported me through some of my most challenging times. She's an empathetic listener, has a thorough and thoughtful approach, and her experience and expertise shines through in how she runs her practice. She continually helps me to build better coping strategies, employ different thought patterns, and find my own ways to handle ongoing disruptive and unpredictable life events. I highly recommend her and am so grateful to have found her.
