I had not been seen since 2017. I did not believe that the office took my insurance. But to my surprise, when I called to ask if they did. The office confirmed that they did take Buckeye Health Plan. Dr. Middlesworth was excellent. She was very informative, understanding and willing to allow the patient make the best decision for myself. I was not ready to make the change to bifocals yet. Dr. Middlesworth educated me and advised about this decision. She was very supportive of my decision to wait. We discussed that at my next examination, we could further discuss my option to change to a bifocal lens. The Dr. was willing to answer a couple of questions about my 3 yr old daughter's vision; whom was not with me at the time of the appt. I appreciated the Dr. taking the time and having the patience to answer my questions thoroughly and not make me feel rushed. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Dr. Middlesworth and her staff.
