I highly recommend Kristina. I have had countless therapists over the past decade, and Kristina is the one who stands out because she is extraordinarily action-based. She has worked with me to understand clear, actionable steps to take to improve my wellbeing instead of just blindly talking about it. Her approach is that of kindness, compassion but also fierce dedication. I've suffered from anxiety, panic disorder and intrusive negative thoughts for many years and she has helped me comprehensively address these issues with simple and powerful techniques.
