Kristy's demeanor is warm and welcoming, and she personally is guided by her heart and rational mind. There was numerous times I almost quit, not because I wasn't making progress, but quite the contrary, it was because Kristy was challenging me to challenge myself. Through Kristy's patience and guidance has led me to making life changing discoveries by unpacking and addressing emotional and psychological traumas. The brutal fact, it was extremely difficult, but with Kristy by my side I was able to find the grit and do the hard work. Now I am equipped with the essential tools that helped me overcome my past, and be prepared for whatever comes next. By applying what I have gained and learned through Kristy's treatment plan, it is allowing me to become who I truly am supposed to be. If you have any hesitation in seeing Kristy, I am implore you to at least just talk to her - she can help you change your life, if you are willing to do the work.
