Kristy is so personable and doesn't make me feel like I'm crazy or a 'patient'. She always asks me if I'm ok with the plan before we end our appointments and lets me feel in control of my care. It also helps that she has her own lived experiences instead of most doctors who try to tell you how you should feel because they don't actually 'get it'. She may seem a little reserved in the first appointment...BUT if you are neurodivergent then you get it. We are very shy and reserved with new people and awkward and anxious! By the end of the first appointment though, she is warm and sweet :)
