I've seen Kristy on and off (mostly on) for about 10 years. When I moved, she reccomended me someone that was just as great and when I came back, she could see me again! She's been extremely helpful during big life changes I've had that come with young adulthood. Depression and anxiety are my diagnosis. Big things we have worked on are self-compassion and confidence. It takes time, but I have gotten a lot better coping with life's hardships thanks to her guidance.
