I just logged on to leave a five star review for Dr. Loy, and just read a review from 2017, that was far from accurate… I’ve been seeing Dr. Loy since 2008, and recently saw her this last few weeks. She is extremely kind, professional and has ALWAYS taken the time to answer my questions, even though I tend to probably ask too many. I see an Ophthalmologist who treats my Glaucoma, that has never taken the time to help me understand my disease the way she does. My Ophthalmologist just comes in, checks my eye pressures and abruptly leaves the room. Dr. Loy is so kind and patient as a doctor. I always look forward to seeing her and appreciate her kindness and thoroughness. Don’t believe every negative review you read, clearly that reviewer had a personal bias for an unfounded reason. I will continue to see Dr. Loy and have recommended her to all my friends and family.
