My mother had to cancel an appointment with Dr. Cieply and called to leave a message to do so in the appropriate time frame. It looked as though she was going to be billed anyway so I spoke to Dr. Cieply about it. He went above and beyond in sorting out this error and assured me that my mom would not be charged. He also told me if there were any more issues regarding this to feel free to contact him personally.
