It's wonderful when we can say that someone has gone the extra mile. During my first appointment with Dr. McCashen, he went the extra mile twice: first in the high level of concern he showed over the health of my eyes and then another extra mile in the efforts he made helping me define my preferences. I really appreciate both, especially how he helped me work through my indecision about switching to bifocals.
