I'm a 70 year old woman with neck/shoulder pain that I felt was the result of sleep positions or sitting for long periods. My family doctor recommended physical therapy after testing, then set up an appointment with Vertex PT Specialists on Dreher Shoals Road. As soon as I entered the lobby Seth greeted me and was very pleasant. Kyle was assigned as my therapist. Kyle was wonderful, he listened to my areas of concern and taught me simple exercises I could easily do at home. After 3 one-hour sessions (as well as performing the exercises at home) I felt so good. I could sleep through the night and sit without any pain. I felt so fantastic in fact, that Kyle felt I wouldn't need further appointments, and recommended just exercising at home. I'm so happy that I met Kyle and will recommend him to all of my friends if their ever in need of physical therapy.
