After diagnosing a reasons for my back pain (sciatica and L4,5), Kyndy explained it with clarity, connecting multiple issues. She gave me very specific exercises, showed me how to do them, and provided written instructions for each. I did them regularly for 2 weeks, the pain was gone. Now when my back starts to act up, I hit the exercises, and get relief quickly. Kyndy is clearly an expert in her field.
