After one session with Lacey I booked my remaining PT sessions with her only. She is motivating, knowledgeable, patient, always happy and smiling! She knew exactly what exercises I needed for my back problems and took the time to explain the benefits of each one. She determined my strength level and set my goal accordingly. I got stronger every week and to date am completely back pain free. I highly recommend Lacey to get you to the other side of an injury.
